Bogota B&B is a homely bed and breakfast started by a group of Colombians who make it their job to promote Bogotá and Colombia as a place which welcomes travellers and backpackers from around the world.
From this base in the beautiful colonial centre, guests can make the most of Bogota's sites, meet interesting people and plan the rest of their trip.
The B&B is located in one of the oldest neighbourhoods of Bogota and is conveniently close to all the amenities a traveller might look for: pharmacies, grocery stores, economical restaurants, bakeries etc. It is also near to the city's main sites including the Colombian National Museum, Bogota Planetarium and a short walk from La Candelaria, the city's old town.

Bogota B&B offers both private rooms and dorms (female only dorm available too) and prices start at 18,000 Pesos for a dorm bed rising to 50,000 Pesos for an en-suite double room. A twin room with shared bath costs 40,000 Pesos (1 or 2 people) There are several welcoming social areas including a tv/dvd room, a lounge with fire place, an outdoor patio and BBQ area and hammocks to relax in.
Internet access for guests is free of charge and WiFi is available for those travelling with a laptop.
The staff speak english but for those who'd like to brush up on their spanish, classes can be arranged through the B&B.
There is a kitchen for guest use and free coffee on the go. There is also a laundry service available for 15,000 Pesos per load, self-service.
There are individual security chests in rooms.
