Giron Chillout is a new hostel in the heart of the small Colonial town of Giron, ten minutes from Bucaramanga.

Set in one of the town's original Colonial buildings, the hostel has been painstakingly restored to capture the character of the past combined with all todays modern comforts.

Given the variety of activities to try nearby, Giron Chillout allows you to do just that - relax and unwind after a long day out and about exploring the region.

Giron Chillout offers three private rooms to sleep between one and three people at 30,000 Pesos per person.

Cable TV is available to guests as is WiFi access.

As the hostel is run by the same owner as the Italian Restaurant on the corner, there is always the option to sample some of the varied and flavoursome dishes on offer.

For those who prefer to eat in, there is a self-catering kitchen for guests.

Use of a washing machine can be arranged for 7,000 Pesos per load.

The hostel also has a relaxing patio where guests can share their travel stories and listen to music.

There are many activities to try in the nearby area including paragliding, rafting, golfing, mountain climbing, trekking and visits to the national park.

A special offer can be arranged for couples, a nights accommodation, dinner in the restaurant and a bottle of wine for 130,000 Pesos.
