La Casa Blanca is set in a 250 year old ´casona´ home built from the off-white volcanic rock, sillar, giving it a calm colonial feel. This cozy and quiet hostal is centrally located, situated 5 blocks and less than 5 minutes walk from the main square. La Casa Blanca houses a café out front, a travel agency and also a bar.
The family run business was set up to share their experiences of Peru with fellow travelers. The staff here are super friendly and also offer a wealth of information regarding Arequipa and the surrounding areas.

On Foot : Starting at the Plaza de Armas, face the Cathedral and take Calle San Francisco on your right, continuing past the Cathedral to the end of the street. Then turn right and take your next left onto Jerusalen. You will see La Casa Blanca and Your Peru Travel Services on the right at the end of this block just before you reach Puente Grau.
